There are 12 different varieties of Milupa baby and toddler cereals distributed over four different stages: Starter Cereal, From 6 months cereal, From 8 months cereal and From 12 months cereal. All stages have different colored packaging making it easier for you to choose the appropriate step for your baby.

When comparing Milupa baby cereals to other baby cereals, consider the additional cost of adapted milk and jarred fruits or vegetables you need to purchase in order to have the same nutrition balance.

Milupa offers excellent value as each box contains 1 liter of skimmed milk powder in the baby cereals and whole milk powder in the toddler cereals. Milupa is easy to prepare and convenient. Just add water.

Milupa baby cereals and Milupa toddler cereals taste great since they are made from wholesome ingredients. Moreover, Milupa meals and cereals contain essential vitamins and minerals including iron and are therefore a healthy contribution to the diet of older infants.

MILUPA BABY CEREALS – STARTER CEREAL

Milupa baby cereals Starter Cereals offers 2 different grain cereals: Rice and Rice-Corn. They are easily identified by the blue packaging and the “Starter Cereal – Premiére Céréales” button on the front of the box. They contain adapted milk (adapted to baby’s need). Easy to prepare and convenient, just add water.

Milupa Starter Cereals introduce solid foods to your baby which is recommended between 4 and 6 months age frame. Milupa rice is the first solid food recommended as it is the least allergenic of all grains. Milupa Rice-Corn cereals can then be introduced to your baby. Introduce one new food at a time and wait 5 to 7 days. Start with a very small amount of Milupa cereals (1 to 2 teaspoons). For best results introduce new foods when baby is happy, hungry and not sleepy. Never force your baby to eat. If he or she doesn't like a particular food at first, try again in a week or two. Remember just add water to prepare.

MILUPA BABY CEREALS – CEREALS WITH SINGLE FRUITS

Once your child is eating grain cereals such as Milupa Rice and Milupa Rice-Corn without

difficulty, it is time to add food from the fruits group.

Milupa “From 6 months” baby cereals is offered in 3 different varieties a mix of single grains with single fruits such as Oatmeal-Apple, Wheat-Pears and Rice-Raspberry. They are easily identified by the pink packaging and the “From 6 months” button on the front of the box. All 3 varieties contain 35% of adapted milk (adapted to baby’s need). Easy to prepare and convenient, just add water.

You can use either Milupa variety in any order you wish. Just remember to allow 5 to 7 days between each new food added to your child's diet.

MILUPA BABY CEREALS – MIXED CEREALS WITH FRUITS & VEGETABLES

Your child has now been introduced to the two first stages. By 8 months, the baby is usually ready for introducing Mixed grains, vegetables and fruits. Milupa “From 8 months” is identified in the yellow packaging and the “From 8 months” button on the front of the box.

There are 4 varieties:

  • Milupa Mixed Cereals Fruits
  • Milupa Wheat & Rice Cereals 4 Fruits
  • Milupa Corn Cereal Vegetables
  • Milupa Wheat Cereal Yogurt & Raspberry

They also contain adapted milk powder (adapted to baby’s needs). Easy to prepare and convenient. Just add water.

MILUPA TODDLER CEREAL – TRANSITION TO WHOLE MILK AND & NEW TEXTURES

Milupa toddler cereals are specially formulated for 12 months onward and offer the transition to milk and new textures. There are 3 varieties in Milupa toddler cereals which include:

  • Rice Cereal with Yogurt, Apples and Bananas
  • Rice Cereal with Yogurt and Fruits
  • Wheat and Rice Cereals, Biscuits and Fruits

Milupa toddler cereals are offered in a green packaging and the “From 12 months” button on the front of the box. They contain whole cow’s milk. They are convenient and easy to prepare. Just add water.

HOW TO PREPARE MILUPA BABY CEREALS

Before preparing Milupa baby cereals, please read the instructions carefully.

Begin with small portions.

Mix approximately 50 ml of water (preferably previously boiled) (1.7 oz) with 1 tablespoon of Milupa cereals. Stir and spoon feed.

Insert the spoon delicately between your baby’s lips so he/she can suck from it. Pushing the spoon in too far could cause gagging. The amount fed can vary according to your baby’s appetite. Increase the portions as needed to a full serving of 28g or approximately 7–8 tablespoons of granules into 100ml of water or 3.4 oz.

Prepare the cereal on demand and discard any remaining cereal after 1 hour of feeding.

Never feed Milupa cereals to your baby in a bottle.

HOW TO PREPARE MILUPA TODDLER CEREALS

Before preparing Milupa toddler cereals, please read the instructions carefully.

Pour 160 ml of warm or cold water and approximately 13 tablespoons of granules into a bowl. Mix until s smooth consistency is obtained. The amount of cereal fed can vary according to your toddler’s appetite.

Prepare the cereal on demand and discard any remaining cereal after one hour of feeding.

STORAGE OF MILUPA BABY CEREALS

Store all unopened and opened Milupa boxes in a cool dry place. It is not recommended to store in the refrigerator or the freezer.

For proper storage, after each serving make sure you tightly close the foil pouch (for example you can use a clip if available)

Opened Milupa boxes should be discarded after 3-4 weeks.

EXPIRATION DATE

We do not recommend usage of product after the expiry date. The expiry date is printed on the top flap of each Milupa cereal box.

Read the expiration date as follows: Year, Month and Day printed in black. For example, if you read 11 OC 20, it means that the product will expire October 20th in the year 2011. Please note that freezing of the cereal will not prolong the expiration date.
